* Through Sunday evening
* periods of rain will continue tonight with more rain showers
expected on Sunday. Most locations will see around one half to
an inch of rain by late Sunday. The rain... combined with the
fact that the ground is saturated from snow melt... will lead to
some flooding across the region.
* Typical flood prone areas are most at risk. Low lying areas and
poor drainage areas will likely experience flooding. Motorists
should be alert for high water...especially in the dark when it
may be more difficult to recognize high water.
